Heating function: In charging state, the heating is turned on after low temperature protection is achieved. 0C turnes on heating, 5C is turned off. When the charging current is less than the rated current of the heating sheet, the voltage of the charger will be pulled down

The protection voltage can be modified according to the customer's battery parameters
